Roles at Steps Beahvior Solutions
Behavior Technician
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be the friendly face who brings each ABA plan to life. You’ll work one‑on‑one with children and adults in their homes, schools, and community settings—teaching new skills, modeling positive interactions, and turning small successes into daily celebrations.
Guided by a BCBA, you’ll capture clear data, share observations that matter, and help fine‑tune goals so interventions stay meaningful and family‑centered. Paid training, ongoing mentorship, and flexible scheduling set you up for professional growth while you make a real difference every shift.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
As a BCBA at Steps Behavior Solutions, you’ll steer the clinical journey from initial assessment to everyday victories. You’ll conduct functional assessments, write individualized treatment plans anchored in each family’s goals, and ensure every strategy balances data with dignity.
You’ll mentor Behavior Technicians, coach parents and educators, and track progress through weekly reviews—adjusting quickly when a child’s needs shift.
